Set within untouched natural surroundings, the property feels wonderfully secluded while remaining just over 10 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Rethymno. Originally created as a boutique hospitality retreat, the estate spans three levels and features four independent residences, delivering 300 sqm of living space, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and multiple indoor-outdoor living zones. Its layout offers remarkable flexibility - ideal as a private family sanctuary, a wellness retreat or a refined hospitality concept. Outdoors, nearly 2,000 sqm of landscaped grounds have been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection with nature. A large swimming pool with adjoining children's pool, shaded verandas, dining pergola and barbecue area create an atmosphere of effortless Mediterranean living. Beyond this, an additional 4,000 sqm of private land remains untouched, offering endless potential for expansion, agriculture or creative development. What truly sets this estate apart is the feeling it evokes. Mornings begin with crisp mountain air and silence, evenings unfold beneath vast Cretan skies, and every corner invites a deeper sense of calm, authenticity and escape. The surrounding region is one of Crete's most culturally rich and unspoiled areas, close to traditional villages, ancient sites, caves, beaches and the UNESCO‑listed Psiloritis landscape. For the past nine years, the property has operated successfully as a hospitality retreat, attracting travellers seeking wellness, authenticity and privacy throughout much of the year. With a motivated seller ready to move quickly, this is a rare opportunity to secure a unique estate offering space, serenity and limitless potential in one of Crete's most enchanting regions.
