This is a rare property of distinctive aesthetics, combining a unique location, traditional stone construction, and rich cultural heritage.

The building was constructed in 1910 by the renowned architect Pierre Devabez to serve as the private residence of the island’s President. In the early 1970s, it was renovated and converted into a hotel, with a second major renovation completed in 2014.
To this day, the property retains its stately character, with stone masonry, wooden aesthetic details, and landscaped outdoor spaces that blend the charm of tradition with the demands of modern hospitality.
