Built in oven, microwave and induction hob, there is also a double fridge freezer and a dishwasher in the kitchen, the water through the sink and fridge are filtered 3 times so no problems drinking and cooking.
The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and bathroom and separate Wc, Master bed has fitted wardrobes and drawers and again set up to take in the views with a full height opening door out onto the terrace, bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers and the French doors in this room lead out onto the pool area. Bedroom 3 is again a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawer units.
The Bathroom is excellently set out and includes wet room area for shower which has a large rain and waterfall shower head, also has 4 body shower outlets and there is a separate shower hand held for those just doing their hair... The bath, again arranged to take advantage of the view with waterfall tap, and vanity basin with illuminated mirror and Wc. There is also in the bathroom a very cleverly designed unit for housing the washing machine and plenty of storage for all bathroom needs.
There is an additional separate Wc for privacy at the end of the corridor.

10 Mins to the village of Vamos which has importantly the Health/Medical center for this area, also shops, tavernas and numerous restaurants where all tastes are met. The beaches of Kalyves, Almyrida and Georgioupoli are 20 mins drive in any direction whilst Chania and the airport are approx. 35 and 45 mins away respectively.
