The apartment
The home located in a delightful condominium built in 2008 and consists of four apartments. Two of which are located on the mezzanine floor and two on the first floor. Equipped with two terraces, one on the back side and the other directly overlooking the sea. The apartment for sale is located on the mezzanine floor on the right side of the facade facing the sea. Inside we find a very bright living room with dining room and kitchenette which offer access to the terrace. Continuing we find two large double bedrooms and a bathroom. The condominium is also equipped with an underground garage with reserved parking space. Electricity provides both heating and air conditioning.

Garden
The condominium garden develops both in the front and in the back and is accessed via a road that runs along the small pier.

The area
The village of Mytikas is magical because you have the impression that time has stopped and the tranquility, the high quality and the modest cost of living make it a small paradise overlooking the Ionian Sea. Mytikas can be reached by sea starting from Ancona. We disembark in Igoumenitsa and from here we proceed by land traveling along the coast to get to Mytikas which is about 120km away. Or you can use the plane from Bologna or Rome to the airport of Preveza which is about 40km from Mytikas. The location of this town is really very lucky as right in front of it we find the two beautiful islands of Kalamos and Kastos. Traveling 25 km you reach Lefkada, by sea only 30km separate it from Ithaca and 50km from Kefalonia and Zakynthos.
