On the ground floor level, there is a small, independent studio consisting of a sleeping area with a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people if necessary with the use of a big convertible couch. Two separate living areas, the dining, and the kitchen area are on this level too.
On the lower ground floor two more bedrooms, both with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as another spacious multi-use living are available for our guests. All of them overlook the garden and have a panoramic view of the old town and the sea at the same time. Further down on that same floor level, you find both the fully equipped gym and also the relaxing spa area with a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna, and massage space, all of them overlooking the garden.
