In the coastal settlement of Agia Anna- Naxos, houses with swimming pools are available for sale. The houses are part of a complex of 13 houses that located 80 m from the sea.
The goal of the design team is the harmonious coexistence of the houses with the traditional Cycladic architecture that surrounds them. By using a modern architectural language of cubist geometries and clean lines, different forms are created, giving a fully integrated result. The density of the buildings offers the maximum space for the maximum number of users, without compromising the factors: comfort, privacy and serendipity. Each house has its own courtyard with a swimming pool, thus offering a place of relaxation, isolation and tranquility.
